  • Every appointment comes with a thorough facial assessment and customized treatment plan dedicated to your aesthetic goals.

  • The most common side effects after treatment are mild and can include temporary swelling at injection site, bruising and headache.

  • You should avoid exercise for 24 hrs after your treatment.

  • Final results take a full two weeks, any touch-ups if needed should be done at this time.

  • This treatment is not painful, any discomfort is mild and the smallest needle possible is used.

  • Results last 3-4 months and treatments should be repeated at that time to continue to see the best results.

  • Please plan your treatments appropriately around major events ( weddings, travel, parties). Treatment should be a minimum of 2 weeks before any big event, with an ideal time frame of 4 weeks before the event.

  • You can not receive any wrinkle relaxer or filler when pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • These treatments are preventative & corrective.

  • When injected with the correct amount in the recommended areas by your provider, these treatments should enhance your appearance, look natural, and give you a refreshed look.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR TREATMENT:

Several days prior to your appointment, to minimize the risk of bruising avoid blood-thinning products such as NSAIDS (Ibuprofen, Motrin, Advil), aspirin (if your physician says it’s ok) certain herbal supplements, excessive caffeine, and alcohol. Start Arnica Montana, a homeopathic supplement, a few days before your appointment, which can help minimize bruising and swelling as well. Please come to your appointment with a clean face free of makeup if possible. 

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER TREATMENT:

Although minimal, bruising and swelling is normal and expected. The face is very vascular and any time we introduce a needle into the skin it may result in a small bruise. We do everything we can in office to minimize bruising, but there’s always a chance bruising can occur. Results will take at least 2 weeks. Avoid makeup, heavy workouts, and air travel for 2 days. Avoid any sort of facial for two weeks.
