Cancellation Policy
At Maven Made Aesthetics, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible service to all our patients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you do not cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, or if you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us, a $100 late cancellation fee will be charged. This policy helps us manage our schedule and continue to offer timely appointments to all of our valued clients.

No-Call/No-Show Policy
We value your time and appreciate your understanding of ours.
◦ New Patients: If you are not an established patient at our practice and no-call/no-show for your first appointment, you will not be allowed to rebook future appointments with us.
◦ Existing Patients: If you no-call/no-show twice, you will no longer be able to schedule appointments with us.
We understand that emergencies happen. If something unexpected arises, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of the situation. This allows us to accommodate other patients and provide the best care for everyone. Thank you for your consideration!
